A person was crushed to death under a Metro bus in downtown Seattle on Wednesday night. Police think the person was bumped into the road by a bicyclist. Wednesday's incident isn't the first time a Metro bus was involved in a fatality accident this summer. Stephanie Reynolds, 52, of Shoreline was killed June 1, run over by the rear wheels of a bus at Northwest Richmond Beach Road and 15th Avenue Northwest. Reynolds apparently slipped and fell under the vehicle.
